It is important that you read our current terms and conditions before making an order.

The following conditions govern the relationship between you as a customer and HYBRIDEN when shopping on HYBRIDEN’s website over the internet.

Orders
Orders are binding and you as a customer are required to pay your order. Orders made in the name of another person without their consent or that otherwise may cause HYBRIDEN to suffer financial or other damage, will be reported to the police.

Minimum order amount
We have no minimum order amount, all orders are welcome.

Reduced prices
Reduced price offers apply as long as stocks are sufficient unless otherwise stated.

Color rendering on computer screen
We have done everything we can to reproduce colors and pictures correctly on our site. However, keep in mind that your monitor may display some colors differently. HYBRIDEN is not responsible for the color reproduction of your computer.

Prices
The price stated on this website at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Prices don’t include tax or VAT. Under Swedish law charitable (non-profit) organisations are exempt from corporation tax, and thus not allowed to register for VAT. We reserve ourselves for any typographical and translation errors.

Age limit
You must be 18 years old to be allowed shop at HYBRIDEN. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the parent’s permission shall be obtained from the purchaser before the purchase.

Personal data storage
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions for the execution of a purchase, you agree to the processing of the personal data you provide to HYBRIDEN pursuant to our Privacy Policy.
CBK (C’est Bon Kultur Org.nr: 846502-7269, HYBRIDEN, Mitt Möllan, Claesgatan 8 BV, 214 26 Malmö, Sweden) is personally responsible for the information you provide to HYBRIDEN. The data is processed and stored to manage your purchase and to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer.

Shipping costs
Shipping is included on all deliveries. The total shipping cost is calculated in the cart where it is shown which shipping modes are eligible and the costs. HYBRIDEN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Terms of delivery
Your goods are shipped with your chosen shipping method via PostNord.

Delivery time
Under normal conditions, you should have the goods after about 3-7 business days, depending on where in Sweden you live. Delivery times for the rest of the world depend entirely on your country’s customs system and delivery system.

Delivery time CORONA
Covid-19 delays all deliveries, domestic and international, and we expect a delay of about one extra week.

Delivery times Hybriden (not Fosfor or Prints)
Under normal conditions, you should have your order after about 3-7 working days, depending on where in Sweden you live. Delivery times for the rest of the world depend entirely on your country’s customs system and delivery system.

Delivery of Fosfor & Prints
Under normal conditions, we should be able to send your order after about 7-14 working days, we print the prints on site. For Fosfor, it depends on whether the product has reached us from the author.

Pick-up in store
If you have chosen “Pick up in store” as the delivery method, your order can be picked up in store after we book an appointment.

Uncollected goods
Delivered and uncollected items to postal offices or shipping terminals are returned to us at your expense. It is up to you as a customer to enter a valid and correct shipping address. In the case of uncollected items returning to HYBRIDEN, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 295, regardless of purchase price, to cover our administrative costs, shipping and return shipping.

Transport damaged goods
When you receive your order, always check that the packaging is complete. If the outside appearance is damaged, you should advertise the goods to the distributor before receiving the shipment. Other damage to the content see the section ”Returns and Complaints” below.

Payment

At HYBRIDEN, you can choose to pay by: Credit Card and PayPal 

HYBRIDEN accepts payment by VISA or Mastercard. Our payment exchange STRIPE handles all our card details and meets the requirements of PCI DSS.
Payment is always made in a secure encrypted connection (SSL standard), which guarantees that your card and account information can not be viewed by unauthorized persons on the Internet. We also use STRIPES and PAYPALS (our payment brokers) own anti-fraud system, which makes us and the customer feel safe. We do not store your card details, but you must always enter the card details for each purchase.

Receipt/Order Confirmation
The e-mail confirmation you receive when you place your order is valid as a receipt. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that your email address is correct and email us and we will re-send you the confirmation.

Warranty
HYBRIDEN naturally follows the Consumer Purchases Act and leaves at least one year warranty on all products.
This warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Accidents happening after you have received the goods
  • Neglect
  • Abnormal use of the product

Complaints only applicable in Sweden: According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you can complain about errors (misprints, missing pages, pages in the wrong places, etc.) on a product up to three years after the purchase.

Right of withdrawal
You are always entitled to return within 14 days of receipt of your goods, even if the package has been opened. However, the product will be returned in well-maintained condition, if you do not, you may be charged for any decrease in value.

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • the category Fosfor as all products in Fosfor are specially manufactured (custom made)products
  • the category Prints as all products are specially manufactured (custom made)products
  • Memberships and subscriptions

As soon as we receive your wish to use the right of withdrawal and we have received the returned product, we will refund your money within 14 days. Get in touch with us and we will help with your questions.

We do not reimburse return shipping.

Submitted in your return must be your name, address, order number and reason to why you want to return the item. 

Please note that not collecting your goods does NOT apply as a return or refunded purchase – you always need to collect an ordered item, and then return it. Items on sale are non-refundable.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to defective or incorrect goods as this is instead classified as a complaint.

Cancellation of orders
We only handle cancellations if we’ve not already sent your item. Contact us by replying to the order mail you received from us. If the item’s been sent, use your right of withdrawal and return the item.

Exchange items
Unfortunately, we do not allow you to exchange your items. The easiest way is to return your goods and place a new order in our online store.

Returns and Complaints
If any product is damaged when you open the package, you need to make a complaint to us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will then reimburse you appropriately, either through a new equivalent product or the money back. In case of complaint please contact us by replying to the order email and state that there is a complaint in the subject line of the mail and we will assist you with your complaint. Do not send any items before you have been in contact with us and have told you to go ahead. For direct visible transport damage on your shipment see the “Delivery” section above. Consumer Purchases ACT / ARN entitles you to complain about a product within 3 years, provided that the item was incorrect at the time of delivery. Do not wait to complain about the faulty item, the longer you wait the harder it is to prove the fault wasn’t your own doing. In case of disputes that we fail to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to the General Complaints Board. We always follow their advice. Other
We reserve ourselves for any printing, writing and translation errors. All goods remain our property until full payment is paid. All fraud investigations are reported to the police.
