Killer Jellyfish Rock Rio av Eileen Laurie
The Killer Jellyfish decide it’s time for a holiday and continue their trail of destruction. They might seem harmless – they have no brains or spines and some look like plastic bags, but they also glow in the dark and clone themselves.
Are there more jellyfish in the oceans today? Some scientists think so. Ocean conditions are changing, and sometimes those changes are because of humans. A combination of over-fishing, climate change, introduction of species and more nutrients could lead to a surplus of jellyfish.
And the big question is:
Are we going to be eating jellyfish burgers any time soon?
This is the second comic in the series. The next one is Fish Face.
